If you want to experience a true downtown Miami dining treat, visit Edge, Steak & Bar in Brickell. Located inside The Four Season’s Hotel, on the 7th floor, this contemporary American cuisine restaurant offers two private dining rooms in addition to the large dining area, a bar, and an pleasant outdoor terrace. Our party of eight long time friends sat outside on a lovely Miami night.

In a modern indoor-outdoor space, EDGE, Steak & Bar offers an eclectic, affordable menu of high-quality, interesting cuts of meat, indigenous seafood and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. With a sleek sensibility and contemporary style, the restaurant exudes elegance and relaxed comfort in equal measure – from the stylish dining room and bustling bar to the outdoor terrace and two private event rooms.

The contemporary American menu highlights seasonal ingredients sourced by top local producers complemented by spices and herbs from the restaurant’s garden. EDGE offers a well-priced menu of beautifully prepared meats and seafood, signature main dishes, tempting appetizers and sides, raw bar offerings that include several tartares, and mouthwatering desserts.

EDGE is a firm believer in the farm to table philosophy, which embraces a sustainable approach to agriculture and dining. At its heart the concept is very simple: farm to table food is fresher, healthier and less burdensome to the environment.
